KDRK 15-20 JULY 24th INTERNATIONAL MOUNTAINEERING, TOURISM AND HIGHLAND FESTIVAL PROGRAM
Program
The program of Rize 24th International Mountaineering Tourism and Highland Festival planned to be held between 15th July 2022 and 20th July 2022
Day 1: 15th July 2022 Friday
9.30: Meeting at the Rize city center and breakfast at Social Facility of Rize Municipality
11.00: Opening Ceremony of the Festival at Rize Government Center
12.30: Departure to Avusor Plateau and Camping.
Day 2: 16th July 2022 Saturday
Departure from Avusor Plateau to Altıparmak Mountain and Camping at Dadala location.
Day 3: 17th July 2022 Sunday
Group 1 Summit climbing for 3492 m height Altıparmak Mountain and touring surroundings of the campsite for other participants
Day 4: 18th July 2022 Monday
Group 2 Summit climbing for 3492 m height Altıparmak Mountain and touring surroundings of the campsite for other participants
Day 5: 19th July 2022 Tuesday
Packing up the camp and arriving at Koçdüzü Plateau by 3 hour back-packed trekking and setting up the camp.
Day 6: 20th July 2022 Tuesday
Packing up the camp and leaving, departure to Rize city center.

*participation to the festival is free.
*participants are required to bring their own equipments by considering the weather conditions (mountaineering boots, clothing, tent, etc.) and for the participants aiming to attend summit climbing ,climbing helmets, harnesses, climbing cords, and two carabiners.
